In my therapy space, I believe in taking a holistic approach to healing and growth.
I understand that healing involves addressing the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to explore all aspects of themselves.
I am trained in a variety of modalities, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I believe in the power of connection and strive to build an authentic relationship with you based on trust, empathy, and understanding.
Working with me, you can expect to be met with compassion and non judgment, as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We will work together to identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, and I will help you develop new ways of thinking and being, that support your growth and well-being.
My Therapy Style
My therapy style draws from attachment theory and psychodynamic perspective with an emphasis on assisting clients to grow in insight into their interpersonal processes, internal psychological tensions and adaptive/maladaptive ways of dealing with distressing emotions.
I am also trained in and draw from, several evidence based psychological modalities and therapies.

I work from an evidence based and collaborative approach providing treatment for most mental health conditions and difficulties.
